Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

You can request a refund in the following cases:

  • The item you received is different from what you ordered.
  • The watch you received is not functioning.
  • The watch you received is damaged.
  • Your package did not reach its destination.
  • Other situations not listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10–15 days.

To return a watch, please contact our WhatsApp customer service so we can provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to post.
  3. Contact your bank; some processing time is normal.

If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

To return your product:

  • Contact our WhatsApp customer service to get the return address.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service.
